Slow Your Fast Tale Down

When I was young my momma would say, “You need to slow your fast tale down”. As youth we want to grow up before time. We would say things like, “I’m thirteen and a half”.  Sometimes we would even give the wrong age. Often in our spiritual life we are the same way. Is your spiritual life feeling like a slow crawl uphill on a molasses bed? Do not worry. God’s timing is perfect and not slow by any means [2 Peter 3:9a]. Just slow down God will move when the time comes.
