Free At Last

The phrase “Free at last, thank God Almighty, we are free at least” is one of the pivotal points remembered from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s,  I Have a Dream Speech. Dr. King wanted to verbally acknowledge to the world, that over 100 years after emancipation racial inequality still existed. Well, the truth is in that same fashion, over 2000 years after Jesus Christ freed us from the penalty of sin we are still in bondage. It was “for freedom Christ has set us free” [Galatians 5:1]. Remove the spiritual strongholds today, we are free.
