The Abstract Moment - Hush Your Mouth
A lesson we have to learn over and over again is to just be quiet. Because, we are relational, social, and communicative beings; we want to talk, explain, or tell somebody what we think. However, the truth is we should just keep our mouths shut in some situations. Instead of talking, spend more time reading the Word of God; praying to God; and praising God for the impending outcome. The book of Proverbs 13:3 gives the following advice, “Those who guard their lips preserve their lives, but those who speak rashly will come to ruin”. Just shush, Hush Your Mouth!!!

The Abstract Moment: Gift of God
Ephesians 2:8 says, For it is by grace you have been saved,
through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- It is clear through this verse that God has granted those who have
been saved a gift. Another unique thing about God's grace and God's gift is
that we not only received a gift but we are to be a gift to the world. Through
the spiritual gifts God bestows upon us. We are to share our gifts with those
we encounter. The world SHOULD BE a better place because we inhabit the
earth.
